Anthem Parkside is the all-ages side built from 2005 to present by DR Horton, Meritage, and Pulte, with single and two-story homes running newer builder-grade HVAC systems and subject to HOA equipment standards we work within on every install. Sun City Anthem is the 55+ Del Webb side built from 2006 to present, single-story ranch style only, with a 48,000 sqft private clubhouse and the Poston Butte Golf Course — and now that those systems are approaching 15–20 years old, we're seeing the first major replacement cycle on AC units, aging sewer lines, and panel upgrades. Both sections share Big Splash Water Park, the golf club, and trail access, and the only way in is N Hunt Hwy — there's no secondary freeway route, so a local crew matters. At the community's northeast edge sits Florence Hospital, and the main address is 3200 N Anthem Way. Beyond Merrill Ranch, the historic Florence core along Main Street was founded in 1866 and sits in a National Register Historic District — homes from the 1940s through the 1990s with aging plumbing, original electrical, and cast-iron drain lines we repipe and line regularly. Out on the rural outskirts near Wild Horse Estates, Sun Valley Farms, Crestfield Manor, and American Way, properties run on well and septic with large one-plus-acre lots, and we handle well pumps, septic-safe plumbing, and the longer electrical runs those properties require.
